New Year | New Reviews

This year, you can expect some new information headed your way. One of the main areas that mental health seems to be blossoming is with technology. Does that mean that any and all technology is good? Not necessarily.

That's where I want to help. I will be downloading and using one new mental health app (Apple format) per month and providing updates and feedback on these apps. As a mental health practitioner (provisional in the state of Nebraska), I have the ability to use and process the effectiveness of these apps from two perspectives: as a person and as a professional.

It is my hope that these reviews will help others make informed decisions about these mental health applications. The creators of these applications have not contacted me and I am not affiliated with them nor am I receiving royalties for any referrals. This is the strictly one person's opinion on an application.

First up, the Breeze: mood tracker, diary

Currently, Breeze is showing 4.6 out of 5 stars from over 2,500 ratings. They are also ranked #37 for Health & Fitness category.

You could go to the comment/reviews and try to decide if this app is a good fit. You can also try it out for yourself. I want to take the guess work out of the app and provide insight into how the application can help improve your mental and emotional well-being on a deeper level. Please check back soon for updates.
